Why are WINTER COATS being SOLD in TRINIDAD?

My girlfriend sent me, she knows I enjoy a great laugh, but truly pics of Parkas being sold on the streets of St. James, I really wanted to just slap some people. Now really people is this really necessary, is IT??? Are the days and nights when it rains gets so cold that in instinctively reach for a Down feathered COAT meant for the subzero temperatures of North America, Canada and Greenland? Goodness. I love being a Trini, but lawd at times the copycat ish gets to me!
